The Staff is absolutely the best ever. The hotel Manager Thomas has lived in town for 25 years and can help coordinate anything! Great Restaurant recommendations. The Bartender Michael is Superb and is also a great local for knowledge of the area. Joanna is the nicest, sweetest, most accommodating hotel host ever.
Breakfast is great, location is A+, small hotel with easy access to everything.
We will be back!

A good stay at a good hotel... with a bad taste in my mouth
Pepis Skihotel is, objectively, a good hotel. The rooms are good, the facilities are well-maintained, and the location is excellent. Our four-night stay in August could have been perfect. Could have.
The problem lies in those small details that, precisely in a four-star hotel, cease to be small.
The first thing that caught our attention was that a hotel of this category does not have a 24-hour front desk. Every day, at 9:00 PM, the front desk closed and it gave the impression that the hotel was left practically without staff. This may be the norm in the off-season, but it is one thing to reduce certain services and another to give the guest the feeling that, after a certain hour, the hotel goes into "closed" mode.
But where we really noticed the difference was at breakfast.
The breakfast was very poor for a four-star hotel and gave the feeling of being managed at a bare minimum. When a product ran out, the next day it could simply have disappeared from breakfast. No restocking. No substitute. Without much explanation.
The last day came the most surreal moment. I asked if they were going to put out bread like in previous days to slice, and they replied that they were sorry, that it had run out. Up to this point, it could be understood as an isolated incident. But then I saw that in another basket they had only placed a small round roll, like a dinner roll. I asked if they didn't have any more and the answer was that only that one was left.
We are talking about bread. One of the most basic products of any hotel breakfast.
And here it is difficult not to ask a question: if the bread runs out, is there really no possibility of restocking it? Especially when we are talking about a hotel where a good portion of these products can be kept frozen and baked according to service needs. And where, in addition, in extreme cases, they can go out and buy some at any nearby supermarket.
What also didn't help was the response received. We did not perceive any empathy or willingness to solve the problem on the part of the person attending the breakfast. They simply informed us that there was no more bread. Problem solved… by the disappearance of the problem.
And there is something else that is especially striking: the low season seems to only affect services, not prices. The hotel's category, mind you, we paid for in full at a four-star price, despite not receiving the services we were entitled to.
For that reason, our final assessment is bittersweet. We cannot say that it is a bad hotel: it is not. The facilities, the rooms, and the location are good. But precisely because it is a four-star hotel, we expect a level of service consistent with what we are paying, even in August and even if the occupancy is lower.
These are details that, individually, may seem minor. But together they achieve something quite important: that a good stay ends up leaving a bad taste in your mouth.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel for a stay during the summer months. I do not know how it operates during ski season, as we have not had the occasion to stay during those dates and, therefore, it would not be fair to evaluate it.

Wonderful family stay!
Fabulous! Just returned from a week-long stay at Pepi's ski hotel in St. Anton with my husband and two college-aged sons. As we booked during one of the most popular times of the year, lodging availability was limited, and we were not sure what to expect. To say the hotel exceeded our expectations is an understatement! The location is perfect, close to lifts, shops, restaurants, bars, and situated at the beginning of town, so it's a bit quieter than some other spots. It is literally a short walk to everything, and there is a wonderful ski shop located in front of the building. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and immaculate. This hotel and the staff, particularly Thomas, Johanna, and Michael, went out of their way to deliver personalized attention to our family every day. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel welcome and cared for, as if we were visiting dear friends. They provided help with everything and anything, including exclusive dining reservations, day trip recommendations, a local ski guide, afternoon cocktails, and delightful conversation. Memories and friends were made- We will definitely return!

Overpriced and Inflexible – Better Hotels Available Nearby
I would not recommend Pepis Hotel. While the location is good, there are far more affordable hotels right next to it that offer much better customer service and flexibility.
My experience with Pepis was frustrating from start to finish. When I needed to reschedule due to illness, the hotel was completely unresponsive—both via email and phone. Instead of showing any flexibility, they insisted on charging me the full price to change my booking, leaving me with no choice but to stay in extremely uncomfortable circumstances to avoid losing my money.
To make matters worse, I was given the simplest room for £700/night, despite significantly lower rates in March. The hotel facilities are average at best, and absolutely not worth the price. I later stayed at other hotels right next to Pepis, which were not only much more affordable but also provided significantly better service.
Save yourself the hassle—there are far better options nearby.

Luxury ski in / ski out accomodation
We had the time of our lives staying in this cosy hotel while skiing at St Anton am Arlberg.
Our room was spacious and modern. The hotel itself is a short 5 minute stroll from the train station and is located in the vibrant heart of St Anton. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast buffet was a feast.
Access to the various ski areas via the lifts was mere metres away from our door step.
The retail strip is buzzing with bars and restaurants right out our front door.
The staff at Pepis were amazing. A BIG shout out to Johanna and Thomas who couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. Thanks guys. We hope we can return to Pepis again sometime soon.
