Everything is great, keep it up. From my perspective, a clear grade of A.
I am very positively surprised.
Rooms, wellness area, sauna world, and pool areas are very clean and well-maintained.
Breakfast and dinner in the in-house restaurant are very good, and the staff is very nice and helpful.
I have absolutely nothing to complain about!!

Great hotel with great swimming pool area
We had a great week at the Aktivhotel Waldhof. Our apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. Only the bathroom is not yet renovated, which did not bother us. Here we just lacked a few more options for hanging up the bath towels.. because, and this was the highlight for our children: the swimming pool area is sensational. A great outdoor pool, an indoor area and a great water world for the kids with 2 slides. We were actually there for skiing, but were in the swimming pool every day after the slopes.
The breakfast buffet was good, there was something for everyone, especially for me as a cereal lover a very large offer.
Also great is the latitude in which both the 4- and 7-year-old had their fun. This is located next to the restaurant and also in close proximity to the breakfast room, so that you as a parent can sometimes have relaxed longer breakfast / eating and the children are busy.
The staff was very nice and helpful, we felt that everyone liked doing their jobs and therefore felt very comfortable.
We had no room to the street, were further back, so it was nice and quiet. The rooms were cleaned every day, all to our satisfaction.
All in all we had a great stay and can very well imagine coming back to skiing next year. Because the Hochoetz ski resort has also convinced us with its family-friendliness.

For a 4 star hotel I expect more!
What now suddenly comes via mail another message, a bill from the dinner is not paid!! I paid this incl. tip..
I signed it first, then my husband said, let's pay for it right now, and it's done.
Then he paid for it. Because we also paid for the other drinks etc afterwards right at the Baar.
First it's via mail, in reply; okei then it's done.
And now comes another mail... open bill!! I've never seen anything like this...
From: no room cleaning and no refilling / changing towels to suddenly open bill, what we paid for the service, including tip!!
Very disappointed!
It was a pity that there was no choice for children at breakfast and especially unfortunately there was no water with carbon dioxide! What I know from many travelers so far!
It is also a pity that the cleaning for the room was not done from Friday to Monday! We had it on green!
Only overnight until breakfast in each case on red, but no one cleans there.
We had requested a very crowded apnea and an apnea bag.
Cleaning tabs, toilet paper, wipes etc.. we had also got nothing fresh! Have wet wipes and wet wipes with you!
What a shame! Even shower wipes were never changed!
It was very disappointed for this high price for the days with only breakfast where we go to a bakery one morning for breakfast with crispy breads.
Unfortunately not our expectations met!
The mixer in the shower cold/hot also did not work properly!
Trigger in toilet did not work!! Very uncomfortable...
Also no pre-emption or so from the hotel!! I explained all this!
Too bad!!!!

Bezüglich der angesprochenen Rechnung handelt es sich um eine Konsumation, die laut unseren Unterlagen noch nicht beglichen wurde. Wir haben bereits versucht, den Sachverhalt zu klären. Auch wenn Sie den Vorgang für abgeschlossen halten, ist die Rechnung leider noch offen.
Hinsichtlich der Zimmerreinigung bedauern wir, dass es hier offenbar zu Unklarheiten gekommen ist. Sie hatten das Schild auf „Bitte nicht stören“ gestellt, weshalb unser Team das Zimmer nicht betreten konnte. Wir waren vor Ort mit Apfallsäcken und haben nachgefragt, ob wir helfen können, erhielten jedoch ein „Nein“. Es ist sehr schade, dass wir vor Ort nicht informiert wurden, sonst hätten wir uns umgehend darum gekümmert.
Wir sind stets bemüht, unseren Gästen den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten.
Ihre Hinweise zum Frühstück, zur Ausstattung und zu den technischen Punkten nehmen wir ernst und werden diese intern prüfen.

Top location to the ski area, excellent hospitality, cleanliness, hot outdoor pool, sauna
Very spacious, well furnished apartment. Warm large outdoor pool, small but fine sauna area, great water world with indoor pool. Playground for children and great slides. Attractive restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just 1 bus stop from the ski lift in Hochoetz. Definitely recommended.

Dream holiday with and without children
We have been coming to the hotel for 20 years and are never disappointed. There are great relaxation opportunities for us adults and the children are happy in the swimming pool, on the water slide, in the games room or at the pool table. The food is excellent and the beds are comfortable. In summer, hiking is very nice and in winter there is snow in Hochötz without end. Mine only takes a bus to the ski lift directly from the hotel. We love Ötz because everything is so child-friendly. But even as a couple without children it was always great.
