Lovely ….. BUT….!
Lovely Quirky Hotel but …..
Fantastic big room (221) comfy bed, super hot shower.
Friendly reception on arrival, dinner @20:30 very quiet.
Good menu choice, slow service but nice meal.
But….. meet by the rudest waitress at breakfast, maybe a little understaffed as she was the only one working.
She got very annoyed at us when we asked for cutlery to eat with as there was none on the table. Stating we should have sat at a table which was made up…… NONE were!!!
We were totally ignored from then on.
Clean and tidy hotel, but short staffed and no people skills.

Good old Austrian standard
I visited this hotel in last four years several times. I have good experience with this property. In shortcut : this “good old Austrian standard” = nothing will surprise you (in good and in bad).
Very good location for trips around Salsburger Land. Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach are very close to you.
Easy parking., easy check in and good “Austrian” astmophere. Very nice breakfast, large room with very good bathroom.
Cleaning OK, beds OK.
Problem is that in the room is not coffeemaker or hot water electric kettle.

Highly recommended!
Just returned from staying at this hotel. Well located just minutes by car from the slopes of Zell am See, also Saalbach is only fifteen minutes away. Nice, large room, had specially booked a family room with separate bedroom. Very nicely decorated, large bathroom too. We were lying on the street side but there was absolutely no sign of this. Nothing of the passing traffic noticed (as long as the window was closed).
Breakfast was buffet style, catered for and extensive, only as far as the orange juice is concerned they could still go for something of a better quality. What came out of the vending machine was so heavily diluted that it was only water with an orange color.
Also regarding dinner we expected to be at a buffet but instead we could choose our main course a la carte every evening, furthermore there was also soup, a salad and a dessert. Main dishes are very meat oriented. Only 2 vegetarian options on the whole menu but the chef has tried to provide something different for our vegetarian travel companion every night. Trout fillets were very tasty, eaten Monday and Friday but strangely enough I only got 1 fillet on Friday, so half a fish, and 2 on Monday:-). Furthermore, great food and if you like schnitzels etc. you will definitely get your money's worth here.
There is also a nice wellness with sauna, steam cabin, relaxation areas and small swimming pool but please note, no dress code (seems) to apply here. We were in bathing suits while there were a number of naked men walking around every night, also in the pool. So there seems to be a free choice as none of it is indicated when entering the wellness. There is only a piece of paper that says that food and drinks are not allowed in the complex, that glass is not allowed and that children must be accompanied by an adult. So pay attention if you want to take a dip in the indoor pool with (young) children.

All in all a super nice place
We stayed 1 week at Hotel Victoria.Location very good.Rooms very large,cosy decorated and very clean.A very big praise to the chef,breakfast and dinner prepared with love.The staff,the chefs all very friendly,we felt very comfortable and next year we will definitely come back.

Very good with a feel-good atmosphere
Very good choice near Lake Zell.
Great accommodation with lots of free parking, particularly nice rooms, good food and special hospitality.
The staff is great, you quickly feel like a regular guest in this family-run hotel and the management is also very professional and helpful.
The food in half board, as well as in the cozy dining room, is always delicious and plentiful, the location is very central for all kinds of excursions, which are also supported by the hotel.
Large balconies, an outdoor pool and a winter garden with an adjoining terrace, everything your heart desires.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely book it again.
