Perfect!

For years, we have been occasional guests at Quellenhof. We love the hotel and the area. It is a place that offers something for everyone. Whether sporty or more relaxed, fit or a bit under the weather, in rain or sunshine - here you will find a place that suits you. We have already gone cycling, we hike every time, walk, swim, sunbathe, read, get massages, and the culinary experience and quality are unbeatable! And the staff is friendly and competent. We would gladly return!

What a service!!!

My parents had invited my husband and me to the Quellenhof for 5 days for my father's 70th birthday. It was magical, it was just all right. Wonderful amount of space in the room with plenty of storage space and closets. Everything always super clean. The food just fabulous and they could even always offer vegetarian or vegan food. I particularly liked the gym, which is furnished like a complete fitness center.
Back home we had forgotten a swimwear and a bikini. The hotel has sent it to Spain free of charge. What a service!!!

Difficult stay in health – unfortunately not a cult solution

We have been several times guests at the Quellenhof and have always felt comfortable otherwise. Unfortunately, this stay was very difficult for me personally.
Shortly after eating the fish starter, I developed severe nausea, followed by massive gastrointestinal discomfort. The course was so difficult that I had to be treated by a doctor and given IVs. As a result, I was incapacitated for 1.5 weeks and lost a lot of weight.
The stay was hardly usable for me (dinner, wellness, recreation).
Communication with the hotel was friendly, however, after several back and forth and a description of my case, a direct partial refund was refused and referred to the insurance company.
Too bad that in this case no cult solution, if it had been even a 20€ wellness voucher or any other gesture, was possible on the part of the house - especially with a room rate of around 600€ per night.
For us personally, this reaction from the hotel has meant that we will no longer visit the Quellenhof in the future and will not recommend it.

Ideal break before Christmas

Ideal for a break just before Christmas, and beautiful in a wintry atmosphere with some snow already. Cosy rooms, very friendly and courteous staff, wellness, gym, reading room, just to feel good. We particularly liked the exceptionally good evening menus.
