Nice hotel with nice view. Even the «city-view» had nice view of the mountain. All inclusive. Good dinner and breakfast. Recommend!

Very calm and nice area. Very close to sigmond thun. We had booked mountain view room with balcony and it was spectacular. Breakfast was good with plenty of veg options.

Allowed to check in early, lovely staff. The all inclusive was a bonus with on tap soft drinks, beer and wine. The food was really good too. Would love to stay again. The pool and spa area was a nice treat as well.

Good hotel near ski slopes
A nice hotel ideally located for hiking or skiing.
We had a room with a beautiful view of the mountains.
Room: for a 4 star hotel pretty basic. The mattresses were good. The pillows and the bed itself need replacing. Ample closet space and plenty of spacious room. No toiletries provided, you can buy them at the reception. The room is not cleaned every day. You have to put a ticket on the door. Once they skipped us even though the card was there. Brushing is a point where there is work to be done: under the bed a lot of dust, there were liquor residues on the side of the bed and 1 vd 3 pillow was clearly not replaced. There was a spot on it and a few hairs. Luckily I had my own pillow. The rest of the bedding was clean. Let's assume it was forgotten.
Wellness: swimming pool and showers can be done in swimwear. The wellness itself is naked. We went after dinner at night. Dan was very quiet. Bathrobes and slippers can be rented at the reception for 10 and 4 euros.
Restaurant: drinks are on tap, this is possible all day. It's not what you'd expect from an All in. No buffets with lots of food that often sucks but a limited choice of 3 dishes with sides, soup and salad. Different dishes every day, tasty and cared for. We had a really good dinner. The breakfast was good too. Again a bit more limited with a different choice of egg every day and more than enough. The restaurant definitely gets a 9 out of 10 from us.
What we didn't find is the 3pm snack. We have only been to the hotel once at this hour.
We will definitely consider this hotel when we come back next year.
