Friendly , modern and independent hotel in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains

We ate every morning and every evening at the hotel and were very pleased.
Desserts were excellent. Just right for our tastes and not too sweet.
The view from our room of the old town of Hall, the beautiful mountains and even Innsbruck in the background greeted us every day when we got up.
The spacious spa area with two saunas, two steam baths and much more has made the muscle soreness of skiing and snowboarding much better.
The hotel staff was very accommodating, friendly and fulfilled all our wishes.
Overall, we had a very nice stay and would love to come back.

SPECTACULAR VIEW

Modern and very comfortable hotel just a few minutes from Innsbruck (although a few tweaks wouldn't hurt). The view of the mountains that you can enjoy from the rooms, especially if you are lucky enough to stay on the plus floors, is truly breathtaking thanks to the huge windows. Little out of tune note, the bathroom. The tub is not exactly the height of comfort. Note instead of credit to the Italian waiting staff. Very nice guys, very friendly and always very helpful. Overall I would say a stay, very positive. Highly recommended

Wow, we stayed in the glass house on the 7th floor (superior room) and what an experience. The view was stunning, room spacious with lovely comfy bed. We didn’t use the spa but were able to see it and we will definitely come again to use the spa too, it is not classed as wellness hotel but has so much better spa than any other spa hotel I have seen. Only open few hours in evening though. Breakfast was lovely and the lady at the reception was so helpful.
I booked the room last minute as Innsbruck town centre was fully booked and I am pleased it was as no way we would stay in such a lovely hotel otherwise.

Nice on the outside and a great view

Nice hotel and our room was facing the mountains and that was really nice, but in general it was more a ski hotel that needed a touch and a smile. The morning buffet was okay but with a little attention it would have been great. We where passing through and felt something was missing.
