Very beautiful hotel
We just stayed at this hotel with our son and loved the rooms, the location with a beautiful view, the food, and the spa.
The service is impeccable and the staff is very pleasant. The pool is a bit small, that's the only downside. Thanks to all the staff.

???4 star superior hotel???
I was surprised that the hotel is classified as a 4-star superior hotel as I experienced some points that I do not think reflect this classification.
Although the design of the rooms was appealing, I found them too small and impractical. In addition, the location on the main road and the parking facilities across the street were not only impractical but also potentially dangerous (especially with children).
The Service at the restaurant was satisfactory, but the reception was very disappointing. I had the impression that customers there were perceived as annoying.
In my experience, there are significantly better hotels in this region that offer a better Price quality ratio.

Much, much more than disappointing, cheekiness of the hotel owner and receptionist
I would absolutely not recommend this place, it's all about the money. The Tui and Dertour guests are absolutely not welcome (perhaps only if the hotel cannot sell its own rooms) I cannot explain this high referral rate. On the other hand, on the Google reviews, I read a few experiences that are very similar to mine. I respect the opinion of every person, of course, but I believe that these lousy rooms and the way you are treated depends on whether you book directly or through tour operators.
We had booked 7 rooms through TUI and Dertour for a family reunion. My youngest son with his wife, a child of 5 years and 1 baby of 5 months had a booking and a voucher from Dertour for a family room in the main house, which was also confirmed with an email from hotel, but when he arrived he was told they will be staying at the sister hotel Alpenresort Damüls a good 800 m away, which corresponds to the reservation, lied!!! or pay 280 euros upgrade to get a room in the main house. We also had 2 One room suite booked and only got 1. The other room was then a double room with a couch for the 2 children in the vestibule. Very cramped and no place to open the suitcases, for example. We had also booked 3 double rooms comfort, one of them was catastrophic, you could not go out of bed without bending, otherwise the head hits a large beam. In this room you also needed light all day (room 45). In my room, the holder of shower gel was broken. We had also booked a small double room for 1 single person, which was also awesome, a very narrow staircase led to the room, a not very young person does not come up there, and there were 2 single beds separated right and left by a desk. It wasn't a double room. And when we realized that there was no wellness bag with bathrobe in the room, the reception wanted 15 euros. On the homepage of the hotel there is a 12m2 single room (so smaller than the double room we had booked) and it says that the wellness bag is always present in the room!!! I tried to make an appointment with the homeowner to sort it all out, the answer was: You have to call, he's in the house somewhere. Did I make with my french phone to call the hotel where I was. I asked for an appointment, I was denied that, but was puked "they booked with TUI and Dertour, they don't want to pay much and only benefit from the 4* hotel, and why did you reserve so many rooms etc..." I've never seen anything like this before, my only answer was, if you don't want the Tui and Dertour guests, you don't have to work with them anymore. I hung up and what don't see, the hotel owner was behind a door and got out of there, he had the conversation by phone about 3-4 meters from me. The rooms were all in the old building and on our room cards almost all the original numbers were crossed out and written with new numbers.

We have been to countless 4* hotels and have eaten much better everywhere. For breakfast there was the first day salmon, which was no longer present afterwards, it is delivered first tomorrow, and then again morning etc. On the last day I had chosen beef ragout, could not eat a piece of it, too hard, I also told the waiter.

Disappointment
Cold Welcoming,3 out of 5 rooms not in line with the booking however near gave other rooms with surcharge, even a single room without bathrobes or with surcharge...(4 stars?)
Catering well , room and floor staff very friendly .little flat for the snack of 3:00 pm very Light, pool and cramped spa.
