Our Christmas visit.

Located 5 minutes from the local shop (Billa) and the bus stop for the 'ski shuttle bus' (bus number 550).
The atmosphere was filled with Christmas spirit and several parties took place in the dining room.
The room was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating the seven of us at a great value.
The service was always positive, and everyone was eager to help; multiple languages were spoken, including excellent English.

Comfortable, beautiful guesthouse, great breakfast, close to the cable car and spa and most importantly helpful owners

If we come back to Gastein, we will gladly come back!

This is a nice guesthouse that is about to be renovated. We had a freshly renovated room, the bathroom is nice, the beds are good - we particularly liked the sitting area.
Breakfast was great - just right for this accommodation, we didn't miss anything (yes ok, sparkling wine and caviar I don't need for breakfast;-). Caring care - and it also worked out well with the communication!

Lovely visit

Stayed for 4 nights with a friend to visit my daughter. Booked a family room as it had 2 double beds & a little balcony.
Check in was nice & easy, very friendly on arrival & shown to our room whilst being told about breakfast, ski room, door times etc.
The room was great, very large, clean, with a nice bathroom & balcony.
The bed was really comfy, plug sockets next to both beds. Also had a fridge, plenty of lights & a small television.
Breakfast was continental buffet & was good each day and the coffee was great! The female staff we met were always friendly & helpful.
I chose the location mainly as it was only 5 minutes from where my daughter was staying, it turned out to be a great spot, had nice walks along the river & it was only 10 mins from our ski hire place then 5 more mins to the main lifts.
We had a great stay here & I would definitely look at booking if I come again next year

Nice pension

We were a group of friends whom stayed in the top floor apartment - nice size, well equiped and quiet. Enjoyed breakfast in the hotel as it was most convenient for us. About a 15 minutes walk to down town Bad Gastein/skilift, but bus stop across the street made it convenient to go skiing in the mornings. All in all, a good value for money stay. Recommended if you are primarily looking for a quite spot, a good night sleep, and are ok with a bit of walk to nightlife.
