The mould smell was so bad i left and slept in the car early am
Its nothing like whats advertised and im pretty sure they are using the original photos.
Dog through out court yard and pool is full of Algae
We had springs coming through mattress , bugs bitting it was seriously like a horror movie and we were in it.
Came to lay my mum to rest - was very upsetting experience.

Go anywhere but here, sleeping on the street would be cleaner!
For starters when we checked into the room, we paid with cash yet they were somehow unable to make five dollars worth of change. No big deal as they said they’d bring it to us later, however, we had to remind them to ensure we did actually receive our money.
As for the actual cleanliness of the room, at quick glance it seemed to be OK, however, upon further inspection we noticed that the sheets were covered in stains that looked to be blood. When we contacted reception to have the sheets changed the only thing he seemed to actually be concerned about was the fact that, in his opinion, it wasn’t blood. Not that it should matter as the sheets were dirty regardless of what they were dirty with! Additionally, The entire bathroom is covered in mould, including the walls, the shower curtain, and the random men’s underwear that had been hanging behind the bathroom door for long enough to create their own corresponding mould stain on the wall. Absolutely awful and that isn't even taking into account the general disrepair of the room itself and the pool that looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in an incredibly long time.
As we had just gotten into Australia from Canada only hours before our phones were not yet set up and there was no phone available in the room to contact reception after hours. As such we waited until it opened first thing in the morning to discuss the issues stated above with reception. The man at reception attempted to blame all of this on “human error” as the housekeepers sometimes miss things, however, it appears that the housekeeper missed the room all together as the mould seems to have been growing on the walls for quite some time. Reasonably I asked for 50% of my money back as I know it’s a business and we did stay the night but the room was clearly not worth what we paid for it. This was met with incredible hostility from the man at the desk who threw a $20 at me when I said that I was unpleased with the amount I paid for such a gross room. Upon telling him that I was unpleased with his resolution of $20 he called me an extortionist and began speaking down to me.
All this to say: save your time, save your sanity, and save your money! Don’t make our mistake go somewhere else!
