They would have to pay me to stay there again

The room we stayed in was dated and very dirty the bathroom was renovated but the shower curtain was nearly thread bare. Just a filthy room. They used power boards near the bed that hadn't been cleaned since I don't know when, I tried to plug in my husband's CPAP machine and the lights flickered so dangerous. There was a power board with the microwave and fridge but it was just hanging down over the fridge.

Very Disappointing

The room that was allocated to us was very old and desperately needs updating especially the bed. It was an old mattress with springs and was about 30 years old. The bathroom sink was blocked. I informed them and they said they cant get a plumber until next week. We had to use the kitchen sink instead.
All accommodation places should have disability rooms and they did not.
Very disappointing

We would like to clarify that we do have a disability-accessible room at our property. Unfortunately, at the time of your stay, this room was already booked and occupied by another guest. As you were unable to use the stairs, we provided you with the only available ground-floor room, as we were fully booked.
We also sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the blocked bathroom sink. We personally attempted to resolve the issue at the time and contacted a plumber, but unfortunately, as it was the weekend, we were unable to have a plumber attend immediately. the sink has since been repaired.
We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly given your circumstances, and we are sorry that we were unable to resolve the issue sooner.

The superior room queen bed description is misleading. It states separate bedroom. The bed is in the same room as the kitchenette and dining table. Only the bathroom is separate. The bed is quite bouncy. Not ideal if you have a restless partner. The bathroom is nice. Soap and conditioning shampoo provided. The kitchen is a bit dated but mostly functional. Small fridge with fair sized freezer. Small microwave. Useless kitchen sink plug. Good for an overnight stop. Easy parking.

This property was extremely disappointing from all aspects. The lack of maintenance was obvious from car park to rooms. I would not recommend anyone who expects, clean, comfortable accommodation to consider staying at this place.
