Improved cleanliness in shower and some maintenance is being carried out. Staff pleasant and friendly. Lounge, bar and dining/serving area are great and welcoming.

The breakfast this time around was not impressive the sausages were old and hard like left overs from previous day .

Great location and the staff make the best of it, but the top floor has a roof leak and there is mould everywhere :( would recommend staying on a lower floor if possible. Price is unbeatable in the area if you are a couple, but no adjoining rooms available if you need two beds.

Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Ready to assist you with anything you need. The breakfast buffet is very good and lots of varieties/options for breakfast.

Avoid this hotel! They damaged my property and ignored me.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. My room (202) was flooded during building cleaning because the hotel forgot to notify me to clear the window area. My expensive electronics were severely water-damaged.
​It’s been nearly two weeks since I filed a claim, and I haven't heard a single word from the manager. They are ignoring their liability under Australian Consumer Law.
​A hotel that doesn't care about its guests' property or even reply to urgent emails is not worth your money. Look elsewhere!
