Fabulous stay

We loved this place. It was out of town overlooking the ocean on the main road. We had a balcony which was lovely to sit out for our evening meal.
The house was extremely well equipped and very comfortable.
There is parking at the front.

Australia 2025 vacation

The check in process was easy, the room was very nice with a little balcony for eating outside or viewing the sunset. The room and bed were perfect as was the bathroom. Not a lot of good eating options in town, but our accommodations were great!

Potentially nice place in need of a deep cleaning.

Potentially it's a nice place with a perfect location and beautiful sea view.
But somehow the apartment is in urgent need of a renovation and mainly a deep cleaning: everything is a bit worn and dirty: stains on the carpet, dirty chair armrests, dirty kettle and a very, very dirty shower head (that's really disgusting).
For 150 Dollars for one night in low season I expected something better.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking to improve and make our guests stay more comfortable. We thoroughly clean everything in the apartment constantly and gradually replace the furniture and appliances as they age. So these objects are definitely cleaned, but I will be sure to move the showerhead and kettle up to the top of the replacement priority list.

One night stop before the Great Ocean Road

Check in/out very simple; well equipped apartment including kitchen; comfortable enough; nice sea views; well located from Adelaide to reach the Great Ocean Road; quiet convenient parking at night at this time of year;

Exceptional

Wanted somewhere with a sea view for a couple of nights in Portland. Found the Seascape Accommodation, checked it out and booked. Email arrived with all check-in information on the way from Mt.Gambier.
The up stairs one bedroom apartment was even better than expected. Completely self contained, with kitchen, all cutlery, crockery included, microwave, oven, dishwasher and even vacuum cleaner. Everything was spotless that I could see, but never checked inside the toilet cistern, or the a/c filters as some do. The balcony, off the bedroom, was excellent to relax with a glass for sundowners looking over the water. Excellent value for money and recommended.
