Blissfully beautiful and incredibly peaceful

accommodation!!! Such a stunning property with incredible mountain views!
Complete serenity, blissful quietness, just listening to the birds sing as you are watching the sun rise from your bed...this was the perfect holiday to experience absolute peace. Our accommodation was absolutely beautiful, so clean and pretty. We had muffins made for us and lovely snacks included. It was an absolutely lovely holiday, would definitely recommend! Will come back soon! Thank you to the incredible Hosts, Kenny and Suzie! See you again soon!

A Piece of Heaven!

Our regular go to get-away. Ken & Suzie are wonderful hosts, and lovely
people.
Nothing is too much trouble, attention to detail is amazing.
The cottages are well appointed with all the touches of home. The fridge is stocked with all your breakfast requirements, & more! Beautiful home baked fresh muffins on arrival.
The barbecue for each cottage, just great for a relaxing evening after a day around the wineries.
The views are incredible, such a tranquil peaceful setting.
Access to the beautiful Pokolbin wineries. Suzie & Ken provide you with so much information on the area.
My wife & I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely Amazing!

Second time being at the beautiful Berenbell Retreat, lovely as always, the location is spectacular with amazing views over looking the valley of vineyards and the beautiful mountains, rooms are well equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, fireplace and television, the location was amazingly quiet and we were able to get a great rest after a day of exploring the area, the rooms very tidy with everything you need, we were beyond happy with our stay, we loved it the first time we stayed and loved it even more this time around, when we are in the hunter valley region we don’t even think to stay elsewhere.
The service that Ken and Suzie provide is amazing and you don’t get that in many places, I couldn’t speak highly enough of this beautiful retreat and the wonderful hosts, we can’t wait to be back!

Perfect weekend getaway

Gorgeous place to escape for the weekend, couldn’t recommend enough. The views from the cottages are stunning looking out over the valley. We spent all our time visiting the local vineyards, cheese shops and butchers all very close by. Very peaceful, spotlessly clean and we found everything we needed. Loved sitting by the fireplace at the end of the day.

We stayed with our friends in a cozy two bedroom unit at this fantastic getaway location.

This property offers comfortable and well appointed accommodation in a quiet rural setting.
At dusk, local wildlife roam the grounds, such as kangaroos grazing. Although a common sight for Australians, foreign tourists would have some great photo opportunities.
We travelled with friends to the Hunter Valley and chose this property, because it’s located centrally for visiting Pokolbin and the surrounding wineries, in addition to the Highland Games event we attended.
