A short relaxing break.

We just spent two relaxing days at this cottage. The hosts were friendly, helpful and non intrusive. The cottage was very cosy and comfortable and well resourced and the meals..Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. We are already planning a return visit.

They weren't expecting me, and the room wasn't ready. Renovations started at 7am, and the banging was annoying. Despite this, I would stay again. The hosts were lovely and very apologetic. Their dogs were friendly. I only required a bed to sleep in and a cup of tea in the morning.

Chris greeted us upon arrival and gave an informative rundown of Palmwoods. The bed was comfortable, although a little squeaky. Netflix was a bonus, and we watched a great movie after dinner. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Peaceful, relaxing, comfy and the absolute best breakfasts.

What a wonderful stay. Chris and Deb are the most amazing hosts. The accommodation has everything you need and is very clean, comfortable and quiet. We slept so well and felt refreshed and relaxed after the first day.
Having time with Kezzy and Rosie the collies was a welcome surprise too and if you are a dog lover you will be in heaven. The location was ideal - Palmwoods is lovely and still with easy access to the region (coast or the range). The breakfasts - wow…. We stayed a week and Chris cooked a different veggie brekkie each day - every one was fantastic. Beautifully cooked and a real treat. Cannot fault Winston Cottage at all. Attention to detail, thoughtfully presented and attentive hosts who were patient and answered all our questions on the area!! Highly recommend a stay to explore the Sunshine Coast from a central and beautiful location. Hope to be back soon
