Apartments were clean and well presented. Good facilities in the resort: cafe/ restaurant on site, 2 pools, games room and tennis court.

Would never stay there

Absolutely disgusting room! There was mould, dust and cockroaches! Reached out to reception who were no help.
Cracked tiles in the bathroom, leaking toilet, very outdated and rock hard bed. Would not recommend to anyone!

Spend the extra $ and go somewhere else if this is the quality of the rooms.

Room 043 - Ivory Palms Resort - March 2026
OMG TV didn't work which was ok as they replaced it, the unit was dirty, plates cracked & marked, drawers dirty & old, kitchen shelving fell down & dishes broken,
kitchen bench top was a disgrace being marked, laminate missing all over it. I have photos (as attached) & showed Reception upon check out. The Manager of the unit needs to do a review & take it off the rental list until items are fixed, dishes replaced etc I was embarrassed to stay in this unit.

Dirty.

Well it all looks nice on the pictures but apartment 45 was dirty. The kitchen equipment toaster still had bread in the kettle had water in which was stagnant and the frying pan disgusting greasy tiles and dust everywhere. The sofa had seen better days to cracked and stained leather. Long dark hairs and bits in cupboard. For the price we payed it was way to much. Would not recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a delightful 2-bedroom villa at Ivory Palms and would definitely recommend.
