SSelina ST, BNB

What I liked
Friendly place to stay. Joan is a excellent host and is very friendly. The room I stayed is was clean and the bed and pillows was awesome. The room had an aircon unit in and an there was an electric blanket on the bed which helped for the cold nights. The BNB is well equipped, living room with a tv,there is a pool table and a table tennis table to help get the time bye.
What I didn't like
There is one bathroom to share with the other room. The bathroom was really cold at 4 am in the morning. There is one fridge to share between the 2 rooms. Can't park on the premises, need to stop your car in the road.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Old fashioned country hospitality at its finest

5 star. Large comfortable bedroom, lovely silky linen, large private ensuite, massive walk in robe to store your cases etc. Beautiful garden & large guest living room: lounge area downstairs. Great location on the Creek, lovely & quiet but easy walking distance to town & supermarket. Old fashioned country hospitality at its finest. Thank you so much Joan & John for a lovely overnight stay as I sheltered from super cell storm heading for the area.

Overnight stay that was lovely

Thanks Joan for your lovely hospitality, it's great to see ppl are still welcoming and will do whatever hey can to help tourists!!
We got in late, Joan showed us our accomodation, (which was lovely), asked us if we wanted porridge for breakfast (she even cooks the traditional oats - yummy), informed us of the best eating places.
The house is clean, offers great bedding, pool table, tennis table, separate TV and lounge room. We felt comfortable staying here and would definitely go back!!
The only criticism is my car is very tall and wasn't able to be parked out the back, but Joan was more than happy to allow us to park it in the driveway, at least off the street. Many thanks Joan

Our first Great B&B experience

As this was to be our first B&B we were looking for things we have not previously experienced the property was located in beautiful setting along the river .We were greeted warmly by Joan.The premises are quite homely and extremely clean . We would have no trouble recommending these lodging to all travellers passing through Narrabri

Hospitality, Comfort and Convenience

My colleague and I decided to try a B & B instead of staying in motels/apartments for our frequent business trips. We happened across Selina Street B & B and we will never stay anywhere else in this beautiful region again. The host Joan is immediately welcoming, warm and inviting and we felt like we were staying with an old friend. In saying that we were accorded full respect when on occasions we took over the dining table to plan and work.
The B & B is large, clean, warm and spacious. It is a real mix of old fashioned warm country charm with modern spacious amenities. Joan is a wonderful host and a great chef!
I would recommend Selina St B & B to any traveller - whether looking for a romantic weekend away or for a business trip.
