If you want a grotty, cold room with a hard bed and constant traffic noise, then this is the place for you! Paper thin walls so you can hear your neighbours phone conversation all night! A bed with no doona but cheap polyester sheets. Thin scratchy towels in a grimy bathroom. This place is a total rip off and should be demolished immediately! It was so bad it was almost laughable!

Terrible experience -Avoid
Shockingly poor room. A/C broken, TV broken, toilet seat broken, holes in wall poorly patched, cigarette burns in curtains, curtain not attached to runner, no instructions on how to contact management in room and dismissive attitude and refusal of any compensation the next morning at reception.

The room wasn’t cleaned prior to our stay. There were faeces in the toilet, dead bugs, and the shower head was faulty, hair on the bed side tables.

Really horrible experience
Incredibly rude/abrupt staff member at reception who behaved inappropriately towards me, and then was rude and derogatory towards my partner when we tried to check in. Place looked incredibly grotty and we ended up leaving. The behaviour of the check in clerk was borderline aggressive and I felt very shaken afterwards. The grounds look unkept and like they don’t really care. Definitely would not return or recommend to others.

The stove tops were completely rusted. The bathroom had mold in it. The floor was dirty with dead spiders. The curtains were broken so people could see in. Will not stay again. Even for the cheap price.
