The Dunes

Two of enjoyed four fabulous days staying in an apartment in the Dunes, a fabulous location in the middle of beautiful Cotton Tree, aka Maroochydore. Very welcoming staff, immaculate unit on the 5th floor with great views, very well appointed and close to everything we needed.
Surrounded by good restaurants, coffee shops and even Markets on Sunday morning, not to mention the Ironman event, which did cause delays getting out of Cotton Tree due to road closures.
Thoroughly recommend the Dunes.

Poor

While we stayed there it was superficially okay.. We mistakenly left items in a cupboard and phoned the day we left and asked them to be hold the items, “no problem”.
Next time we were in town we suggested we would drop by to collect the items: “I have no memory of that”.
They were expensive items left and there is an apparent lack of integrity. Would not recommend.

Great Stay

Well done to the managers of The Dunes Cotton Tree, you provided a great venue and a hassle free experience for our 2 week stay - couldn't be happier.
First class unit, everything you need and in excellent condition.
Top shelf management, sympathetic, experienced and very client focused - couldn't be happier.

Perfect Getaway - No Matter the Reason

I went down for business and came back wishing I had stayed longer. It's just that nice and everything was clean, neat and easy to access. Cafe right door. Perfect for a morning coffee run. Nearby restaurants had just the selection I wanted. Facilities were perfect for the car and myself.

Very Very Nice

We found the Dunes totally by chance and were lucky that they had a room available. I say room it was really a very large apartment. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed.The views were stunning. Lovely friendly staff. Easy walk to whatever you need.
