Great Retreat

Loved this place!
We stayed 3 nights mid week and it was very restorative.
The view from the deck to the billabong in the early evening listening to the frog noises was amazing.
It is only a short drive to the little town of Kangaroo Valley with lots of eating options ( we really liked Wildes restaurant) but it also has a full kitchen if you want to eat in.
Will definately be back .

Definitely not De Luxe

We were very disappointed with our stay in Jumbuck cottage.
Quality of cleaning was poor especially kitchen utensils and a certain item in bathroom.You pay enough to have cottage cleaned spotlessly.
Selection of breakfast provisions was poor.
Welcoming scones (with jam/cream)were hard and inedible.
Should you need firewood replaced you will need your car.It is not replaced for you and it is too far to walk.Owners do not reside on site.
Cottages need their own BBQ.Too far to walk with your food etc to one provided in summer house.
Gardens were very overgrown and not conducive for walking.
Owners did not appear interested in our complaints when we contacted them.
Tariff is extremely excessive for what you receive.
Overall very disappointing

Perfect getaway

Absolutely loved our stay at Crystal Creek Meadows. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay , it was warm and cosy for our winter stay, Sophie was amazing and helpful also offering dinner tips that did not disappoint. The general grounds were beautiful with many places to stop and admire our surroundings.

Alone Time

Having really needed some alone in quite a while, Crystal Creek Meadows was the perfect place to escape the noise of every day life and breathe. Sophie was very friendly and helpful and the food provided in the Cottage was great. I opted for the deluxe upgrade and there was so much food I had more than enough for the 2 days of my stay. The cottage was very cosy and clean, and the fire was ready to go when I arrived.
The grounds of Crystal Creek Meadows are just beautiful, teaming with wildlife and native flora it's an extremely relaxing place to walk around and connect with nature.
I would definitely visit again and would happily recommend for any of my friends to.

Amazing break from the madness of every day life

Our stay at Crystal Creek was absolutely superb. The Jumbuck Cottage and property filled with fruit trees was an absolute dream. Very peaceful and private it provided us an amazing opportunity to unwind and get away from it. Sophie and her team were so friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything we could have wanted. The added advice on places to eat and where to visit in the area just added to amazing break. This is definitely a place we am looking forward to staying at again soon.
