Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Guests must show a valid credit card upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation, failing which, the resort reserves the rights to cancel the room booking and the booking payment will be forfeited. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Chateau Beachside Resort in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation Office Hours are: Monday–Sunday 7.30–20.00 and Public Holidays 7.30–18.00 Please note that rooms are not serviced daily. Chateau Beachside Resort requires a AUD $250 credit card pre-authorisation per room, payable on arrival. Please note, guests arriving after office hours must contact the Resort and pre-authorize their card by 6 pm. If you are arriving outside reception hours, you must pre-pay the Security Deposit via a valid Credit Card, and arrange for an after-hour check-in. On your day of arrival, we will provide/text you with a Code for our key safe at the Front Entry Door, which will dispense your key. There is a $15.00(AUD) fee for any arrival after 8.00PM. This fee will be deducted from your Security Deposit. Please ensure we have your Mobile Phone Contact Details to advise the Access Code.
