The room and bathroom were beautifully furnished and spotless.
Access was easy and wifi and tv were excellent.

Beautiful stop over

We stayed at the Queens as a quick stop over travelling back to the Gold Coast. We were super impressed by the rooms. So clean and the bed was super comfortable. We had a meal in the Hotel dining area and the staff were so friendly and attentive. My hubby wanted to check out the new sports bar and it was so luxurious and beautiful in there with big screens and sports. There is a golf simulator in there but no time to play unfortunately. Great stay thank you!

The staff were great. We got there checked in and found out we were given an old room that had dirty carpet and was very run down and dirty. They did say they will upgrade the rooms eventually but would have been nice to know it before. It was nothing like the pictures on the website. The kids bunk beds were broken. Carpets were filth. Blankets were old and made the kids sneeze. The aircon was dirty.
