I checked in to an apartment that had not been cleaned, and when I let them know- they offered to move me into another apartment. That would have meant lugging all my luggage up and down flights of stairs again when I had a busy afternoon. Ultimately, I would expect better communication to be happening between cleaning staff and the people who manage the property, and this isn't good enough when you're running a business. The second night of my 2 night stay, the people in the neighbouring apartment were also very loud and I had an early flight- not the fault of the property but just capped off a disappointing experience.

Easy CBD access but no smart tv

Easy check-in good last minute booking not cluttered or over decorated but lacks something easy to get to and fast communication with hosts
