Everything was perfect. Always fantastic customer service. Exceeds expectations and more. Staff are always friendly and always ready to help and assist. Never having to wait for long. Kindnesses is all around. Room was clean and easy to access as well as the parking. Balcony had a beautiful view of lake. Definitely recommend to book when needing a stay. People may say it is expensive but you get your money’s worth.

Terrible Experience
Where do I start?
We stayed here for a family wedding. The wedding venue recommended staying here. We had booked a lot of rooms because of this recommendation. This was our experience:
1/ Check in was a disaster. Only 1 person on reception at check in time so there were long lines of people needing to check in to get ready to leave for the wedding. Some people were not checked in until past 2.30.
2/ Rooms were not cleaned or ready even after people had waited a long time for check in. People were asked to wait outside their rooms for cleaning to be finished.
3/ In one room when the people arrived a cleaner was sitting in their room eating a plate of croissants. They had to ask her to leave.
4/ One couple who had booked a month in advance were called on the morning of check in and told the hotel was overbooked and there was no room for them. They were relocated to a hotel 15 mins away but that meant they could not travel to the wedding venue on the coach provided.
5/ Three people who could still not access their room had to ask to shower and change in someone else room so they could make it to the coach on time.
6/ Not enough towels for the number of people staying in a 2 bedroom apartment or no towels at all in2 rooms.
7/ The couch in my apartment had dirty stains all over it.
It is simply not good enough service when the hotel is aware people have booked to attend a function for check in to be so slow and rooms not ready.

Worst place to stay try if you like to downgrade yourself
I have been to many hotels in many countries but first time in my life when checking in was told that I been downgraded due to other room not available which I booked online. Such a shame in front they downgrade me. I have heard upgrade due to something not available but downgrade and no refund of your extra pay for the lake view. Such a worst experience shame and staff needs to be little more educated not to say in front of your friend or family. It’s bad very very bad. I left after few hours due to that disappointment I booked somewhere else and left. Will never go there and will never recommend anyone.

Really great stay. Comfortable with great staff and very interesting location with lots of walking paths nearby. Gym was missing free weights and equipment was older and needed a bit of maintenance but we were able to get our workouts in. Overall a nice stay.
