S..t Room

We had to give inprint of credit card and drivers license in case of any damage we might do to the room.
(Realy) was told they will be destroyed the day we leave after 11am if all good.
Our room was dirty , Air Conditioner noisy and useless, room had fist holes in inside door, blind broken, bathroom extractor fan cover missing,
There were stains on the think it was carpet ( yuck).
Advice. Cover you ass.
Take photos of the room as we did.
Went back to management and asked if there was any damage reported about our room. Reply. No, all good was the reply. mmm.
Showed photos, the blaim went straight to the cleaners not reporting damaged, LOL.
I'm sure you can vision the pain you would have gone through seeing your credit statement debated a couple of thousand fat ones for the damage you didn't do if you did nothing.
The best thing I can say about the place was seeing it disappearing in the rear vision mirror.

No one about

Called in for a wine and rush and chips for dinner. The place was deserted. Eventually someone came in, i mentioned no one about. They went off to get staff.
A lively lady came to attend to me and served my wine. I asked if the fish was local and fresh, she was t sure and checked with the kitchen. On returning apologised and and said the fish was from Victoria. I appreciate their honesty but was surprised and shocked to find that s coastal town would not sell and prompt their own produce.
I decided against staying for dinner.

Steer clear worst dinner ever

Ordered some takeaway. Do yourself a favour don’t order anything with prawns you would think being in a fishing town you wouldn’t get served crust over cooked cocktail prawns what a joke. Croutons not even cooked just thrown in, yeah divert straight past Carnarvon and don’t stop

RUN AWAY!

This is the worst place I ever been to.
The bed sheet hasn’t been changed, full of hair and strains.
The floor hasn’t been cleaned or vacuumed for a long time either, ants everywhere, broken furniture.
Bathroom? I didn’t get the courage to shower in there…RUN AWAY! This is a disgusting place.
