Exceptional Service

I just wanted to express my gratitude and thanks for being so flexible in meeting our needs for my mothers 90th.
The hospitality and service were exceptional and the food was beautiful and exactly what we required.
Your employees and establishment deserve nothing but high praise!

Bridal Luncheon

We had such a wonderful experience at The Robertson Hotel for our bridal luncheon and overnight stay. It was the perfect setting for a group of ladies & family to celebrate together — beautiful, relaxed and such a lovely atmosphere.
A special thank you to Megan, who was incredibly helpful with all the organising in the lead-up. She made everything easy and was so accommodating with our plans and questions. The food was incredible!
From the luncheon through to our overnight stay, we had such a great time and made some wonderful memories. Thank you to Megan and the team at The Robertson Hotel for helping make the celebration so special. We would absolutely recommend it for a bridal celebration or girls’ getaway!

No refund even after medical emergency.

I know a minimum of 48 hours notice needs to be provided in writing, prior to the date of arrival for all cancellations, but you'd think being admitted to hospital for an emergency would allow for some discretion. But no. Full cost. Not even a tiny refund.
Won't be booking again. The one star is for the sympathetic concierge.

Very dilapidated

Christmas in July lunch was fabulous. We stayed the night and around 7:30 decided to order an entree from the menu and were told we could not ‍♀️ staff were not obliging as they were at our last stay. The shared bathrooms are appalling, mould, tiles hanging off the shower wall, barely warm water. Looking for alternative accommodation now for next year. It’s a shame that no upgrades have been done to this property which is usually booked out, so there is plenty of income coming in. The current prices almost reflect the 2 star rating

Will NEVER book or go to any event at The Robertson Hotel.

The rooms were not all heated and it was really cold in all the common rooms as the fireplaces were not maintained. The breakfast was cold and the service was very average. The worst part was that four of us booked to do the Murder Mystery dinner which was cancelled five days prior to our stay. We were advised that we would be refunded within 7 working days. On the eleventh working day we were refunded only partially and all our calls and emails requesting a full refund have been ignored.
