The check-in process was seamless, with a text sent to me in advance so I could access my room easily after a long day of driving. The room was perfectly suited to my needs, and clean and tidy as always.

No human contact

The room was clean and the linen fresh. The bed was comfortable and pillows ok. The bathroom is of a good size, in need of a renovation, but clean. We would have felt more secure with a chain on the door. The restaurant was closed when we were there. We were sent a text with a link so we can fill out a form the day before our stay. I called, we will not click on links. We were then sent a text with our room number and key code. There was no human contact during our stay. Gen Z and A might like no human contact, but not those of us who are of the dying generation.

Clean and tidy motel in Blackwater. Room had everything you needed and the checkin and out process was all via email. Rooms have keyless locks with codes which meant no contact with staff at all during stay.

Fantastic from booking to updates via emails/phone call,
Love the keyless doors, saves time in going into reception, they send you a code and room number on the day of arrival……bed was so comfortable, nice and clean and tidy could do with 2 extra pillows instead of 1 but all was good….. will definitely stay again, well done team…
