The room was dusty, the toilet dirty and the TV didn’t work.
I rang the managing agent several times and they passed on messages to the owners but no one responded. I was given the owners number but they wouldn’t answer.
We had no TV for our whole 8 night stay. My wife cleaned the toilet, bathroom and kitchen and I dusted the furniture.
We were given a partial refund after checking out but do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!
There is no onsite people to assist you. We have an 8 day booking and on the first day the TV did not work. I phoned the management company “In QLD” by the way!!” And was told they would contact the owner but don’t expect any response!!
4 days later I called again and was told the same thing.
Apparently these three Vietnamese owners don’t give a Sh*t about the people who stay in their accommodation.
The room was NOT clean! My wife cleaned the toilet and kitchen appliances and I dusted all the furniture. Fortunately the bed was freshly made and we brought our own pillows.
It is very peaceful here but the customer service is abysmal.

A Terrible Experience
The unit itself was tired, needs a major update in bathrooms and lounge areas. The TV did not work on live TV so could not catch up on news.
The location is great, shame about the management and condition of property

Disappointing points - room was described as having a vineyard view and we couldn't see the vineyard unless we walked down the driveway. We hadn't realised too that the room was 1 of 4 joined in a row and we could hear next door talking. Later on through the night, we could also hear the drier going in the laundry room, situated between rooms 2 & 3. The TV had no connection at all and the kitchen only had one wine glass. (This is at a winery!).
We felt that the wall cupboard in the kitchen could've been hazardous for banging your head on (just a point for the landlord to bear in mind).
And finally, bed was quite hard - fine for hubby but not myself and I couldn't get comfy with the pillows either so didn't leave feeling rested.
