Travelling with small babies and arriving late in winter - they put the heating on for us so the room was warm on arrival and we could check in seamlessly,

Nice clean motel, beds a bit hard, no breakfast offered. TV selection great. Old school with key to control electricity, glad it wasn’t a really hot or cold day as not able to leave aircon on. Otherwise good place to stay overnight.

We stayed here while working night shift and were disappointed with how things were handled. The room we booked had one queen and two single beds (clearly suited for four people), but the booking was listed for three. When the owner saw there were four of us, we were told to pay an extra $20 per night.
The issue itself could have been understandable, but the way it was communicated came across as quite rude and unprofessional. It made the stay more stressful than it needed to be.
