Stunning views

We enjoyed a couple of nights here in a studio apartment. The accommodation was very clean with a comfortable bed and adequate kitchen equipment. The shower was good. Each studio had a table and chairs on the shared veranda and the view of the bay, morning noon and night, is absolutely stunning. It’s a very steep hill up from the main road, but a taxi driver was happy to take us home after an evening in Airlie Beach.

Nice facilities but could’ve done with extra cleaning

Our apartment was very nice and spacious, with good kitchen facilities and all toiletries provided etc. The room was quiet at night despite being close to everything that you’d need in Airlie Beach. The view from our patio was also very nice looking out over the sea. Only reason I have taken off some stars is because the room could’ve been cleaner - the floor was a bit sticky (not a big deal) and there were stains on our bed sheet (looked like blood) and also one of the bath towels. We tried to contact the owners via the WhatsApp number provided but got no answer. On the whole was a decent stay but not without issues.

We had a lovely time at Sunlit apartments. Host was so accommodating. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It's close to town and has the most amazing view. Would definitely recommend and stay here when I come again.

Room was clean and cool. Patio however did not provide privacy as other guests passed by. The room was not ready at check in time. There was no one in the reception to greet us.
