"Perfect Stay in the Heart of Yerevan – Great for Solo Trips and Families!

I’ve stayed at Hotel Mashtots twice – once alone and once with my family (including my child) – and both times were truly excellent!
The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Yerevan. Republic Square is just a short walk away, and North Avenue and the Opera House are literally steps from the hotel. The Cascade, museums, cafés, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. It's the perfect spot for exploring the city on foot.
The rooms are clean, stylish, and very comfortable. When I stayed alone, I appreciated the quiet and cozy atmosphere. During my family stay, we were all very comfortable, and my child also enjoyed the experience. Despite being in the city center, the hotel is quiet and peaceful.
The staff is outstanding – warm, professional, and always ready to help. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast is fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day.
You can feel that the team genuinely cares about the guest experience, and everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged.

Clean and comfortable rooms
Quiet despite central location
Friendly and helpful staff
Good breakfast
Suitable for solo travelers and families
Negative:
Honestly, I didn’t experience anything negative during my stays.
I highly recommend Hotel Mashtots and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Yerevan!

A terrible place.

It's not a hotel, it's a semi-basement apartment. Picked a room from a photo. These realities are totally out of step. The room is not 17 meters, it's 6-7. Raw and dark. When the director was asked why the tourists should be fooled, she calmly replied: "Don't like it, don't move in." I strongly advise against this place.

excellent solution 2 minutes walk from the center

Kindness at reception ; located in a street adjacent to the center. Printed free boarding pass
UnEuropean breakfast but that's okay
A little noise ; cleaning needs to be improved a little
great price with breakfast included (88€). Transfer to about 20 € booked by them and paid at reception by credit card
Would definitely stay there again

Overpriced, unpleasant people

Few times have I been so disappointed by a hotel. The structure is inside a parking lot. All rooms are underground. The bathroom smells awful. The receptionist does not speak good english and Is quite rude. I recommend you give a look at the room before you pay (in my case, the guy asked to pay the very same moment I entered the reception, guess why).
