Very satisfying stay

We have a wonderful experience at this hotel, very quiet and clean / organized , breakfast every morning and the area you can several restaurants, definitely I highly recommend.

The staff are great. The hotel is in a good location, a little bit far from the city centre but it does everything you need close by. My only issue was the shower. It wasn't the best and one of the rooms had an issue with the shower also, but that was quickly resolved by the great team.

Frequent traveler.

Honestly, I stay at the hotel every month, and it seems like they are trying to scare people away; the staff are all remarkably kind, the Wi-Fi is terrible, during my previous 4-day stay there was no internet, and when it works, it is awful; during the World Cup, it was impossible to watch a game, which is a shame because the hotel is new; the restaurant, well, I will reserve my opinion, but I choose to dine outside the hotel.

Much to improve

My mother, who is 94 years old, stayed here. Everything I am going to recount, I witnessed in person when I helped her settle in along with my son. The staff was excellent and very patient, but I believe there are things that need improvement or, otherwise, it should be clarified that it is not suitable for everyone. To begin with, there is NO telephone in the rooms. To communicate with the reception, one must do so via WhatsApp or by calling with a cell phone (complicated for an elderly person). I have never seen this in any hotel, neither in Argentina nor abroad. Additionally, there is a very high breakfast bar with high stools, and there is not a single chair to sit and watch television or read. The dishes are on a shelf that requires climbing onto a chair to reach. Not practical at all. We brought a folding chair from my mother's house so she would not have to be lying down all the time. The television only has streaming; it doesn't even have local channels to watch news, weather, etc. Everyone has to connect to their own platform. And on top of that, the Wi-Fi is terrible. I ask, is this a hotel only for young, agile people without mobility issues who are very accustomed to doing everything from their cell phones? Then, they should clarify this on the website.

There was not wifi for three days which is very difficult to handle when you are in a business trip and I paíd for breakfast, but then if I want eggs I have to pay extra which didn't make sense to me....
