Honestly I thought it was nicer, the room we got was ugly, the shower didn't work well
you can hear terrible noise when others go up the stairs, you can hear everything
The breakfast was very poor, they served us coffee and one croissant each
although the location is good, the hotel is lacking a bit more

Nice rooms and courtyard, terrible breakfast

Not centrally located.
The facade is very strange, simple. This is a regular houve that was converted to a guest house.
Inside, there is a nice courtyard and rooms at a second level. Nice rooms.
Breakfast was beyond terrible and staff were not very nice.
Over all, recommend if the price is very low.

Hotel Francia de San Rafael

A very well located hotel, with a garage... the triple room was super large... the service of the staff was very good, very friendly... the breakfast was very complete. I suggest a refrigerator in the room and two sets of keys. I recommend for price-service ratio

Very good hotel, very helpful people, excellent

Very good pillows, mattresses, very spacious room, excellent bathrooms. Very comfortable breakfast room and garage included in the price. The price per night is adequate for the service they offer. The owners attend to you personally and guide you to what you want to know.
