24-hour Attendant

Juan Manuel was very helpful. It is well-situated near the happenings downtown but not close enough to disturb sleep. Accommodations and view were great! They need a new coffee pot, but other than that, it was great stay for 4 nights. Loved the 24-hour front desk attendant.

The building falls apart and you get ripped off

The only positive thing about this place is that it is close to everything. Then he falls apart and is totally neglected. There is a smell of rottenness for no reason, the facilities are very old and the corridors look like horror film. Don’t go if you don’t want to spend a holiday complaining to your host about a new problem every day. I booked an apartment of FABRIZIO MARAVIGLIA MARCIO (cuit 20-35144023-7) and REGINA FABRIZIO (cuit 27-38476356-7), the 904 apartment I booked was totally different from the 404 apartment I was given. I asked for a refund of my money for not following through on what was booked, and they didn't take care of it either. Don't go to the building, but let alone book with these lenders whose price is not cheap for the crap they deliver to you.

THEY COME IN TO STEAL WHILE YOU'RE SLEEPING!!!

NEVER STAY HERE! We rented an apartment on the 1st floor and were robbed while we slept! They took a lot of valuables we had in the living room. They refused to cooperate by showing the cameras as one looked right at the window where they entered. Even the police told us that they have a lot of burglary reports in that place and that they think they're the same people at the hotel. They should shut it down completely, they're nefarious!

Super recommended, don't hesitate to go!!

Excellent view of the entire city and the snowy mountain range. Very good service, the staff are all very willing.
It has an equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms and very good box springs.
Very good cleaning. Quality exceeds price. We will be back soon.

The worst in town, my opinion...

Excellent ubication.
No more than that.
Awful reception. Useless management of the reserve, made via booking.
Asked a low floor, got the last at last (15) floor.
Bad pesos change against usd. Room service??? Not even seen. Poor cleaning. What else? Stay away from here!!!!!
