Comfort and great location
I booked this apartment through Booking.com and stayed for a week. It is very modern, entire building is with apartments for rent. Comfortable for two people, room size, as posted, is 538 sq ft. Downstairs live person at concierge desk, you feel safe and can get help 24/7. Not all people at concierge speak English but I had no problem with simple communication. All of them were very helpful. This is very good. Well equipped and cleaning, if you ask for, is additional 100 pesos. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. but I had flight at 5:30 p.m. thus I used extended stay for extra 400 pesos. 1US$ equaled at that time around 60 pesos, make your own conversion. Total price included breakfast, continental type left in hallway by the door. Location is excellent, 5 min walk from city's main square. I highly recommend B131 and will stay there when next time in Cordoba. Important! Do not forget converters for your electronics :).

Noisy
The apartments are nice, new and well decorated. Location is central. They let me check in earlier. OReally noisy. The window glass are so thin. Although I was on the 4th floor, I could hear and understand every word from people walking downstairs outside. it's pretty hard to sleep after 6am or early evening; so bring good earplugs. The curtains let too much light thorough. Breakfast is really basic (2 mini croissant, 1 pastry, 1 jam, 1 dulce de leche. That's IT. Powder milk (in a country with so many cows .... Really ????) .the water in the toilet sink runs really low. The entrance doors are really noisy; can hear every time a neighbor comes in and out. Overall, if they would have thicker window glass, proper shades and a decent breakfast, would perfect.

Truly excellent value!
Absolutely terrific in all respects! The situated in the dead center of the historic Center of Cordoba Argentina. Further the building is less than 2 years old so everything is sparkling clean and pleasant. Also it's not just a hotel room it's an actual apartment with a sitting area and the separate sleeping area complete with full kitchen and modern bathroom. put all of that together with a very reasonable price and you have a great big hit with me.

Modern Apartment in a Great Location..
Good:
The apartment is clean tidy and comes with a large balcony and comfortable bed. The walk in shower was great but the toilet was in an awkward position. You are within a 5 minute walk of the centre of Cordoba and near to several restaurants. The airport shuttle bus can drop you off before the main square but you’ll need to buy a card from the café in the airport for ARS 60 plus ARS 70 for the journey. We didn’t have to pay tax at the property because tourists from outside Argentina are exempt.
Bad:
Many items are a bit flimsy, the coffee table broke, the kettle didn’t work and the shower drain was blocked. The shower was sorted out after informing the staff on reception.

Nice accomodation with poor soundproof
beautiful and very centrally located. The room was equipped with everything you need. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, warrer cooker, pots, pans, cutlery, plates,...very nice!
There is also a station for the Red Bus (airport transport) in the vicinity.
Really great accommodation with very nice staff!
I have to reduce to 4 stars because of the really bad soundproofing to the street. If you have a light sleep I can only advise against this accommodation.
