It deserves TEN stars, APPLAUSE

With my stubbornness to always go door to door to see where I sleep (when possible of course), I get an Uber to take me to Nueva Cordoba and I start looking!
I asked a laundromat and it mentioned AT Suites which was nearby and which among other things I had obviously studied on Booking so I knew there were some places to sleep for good value for money!
I enter, and already from the reception I understand that I have come to the right place...
We negotiate the price, very honest and when I ask if I can see the room, he accompanies me!
Practically an apartment of 50/60 meters, beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean.... Large room with television, bathroom, large room with table and another giant television where I even saw the Italian championship football match, and well-equipped kitchen, with even a welcome breakfast even though it was 3pm!
Swimming pool on top of the building!
Truly speechless!

Disastrous

I don't recommend it at all. Noisy apartment has no insulation. Windows and screens do not work the pins a danger with children. The boiler gave permanent bone error there was no hot water. The airs don't cool. Wifi does not work in any sector of the apartment. Upstairs neighbor has the air conditioning that overlooks the bedroom with a frightful noise you can not rest. Bath smell of rotten. Department smell of cigarette. Next-door neighbor lives partying I made the claim nobody takes care of. It's not a very safe area at night it's dark.

Well, it could get better.

The apartments are very nice and comfortable.
Very friendly receptionists.
The only negative is that the bathroom vent smells like a cigarette, even though they don't leave smoking in AT departments. I estimate it comes from other departments. And it's a different thing. It perches on the railing in the room and they are very annoying. Let alone sleep.

very good location to be in the middle of the city

Excellent location in the center of the city of Córdoba, very easy to manage entry and exit. The only drawback is that on Sundays there is no towel replacement or cleaning, and the price is as if it had. The garage is next door and is also well maintained.

Excellent apartments with all the comfort details. Well located. Super friendly attention. You can leave your luggage at reception after hours.
They give you some things for breakfast on the first day for free. Air conditioning in all rooms
