Lack of maintenance

I booked early September a monoambience with sea view.The view of the room is very good, but the hotel itself lacks MUCH maintenance. Rooms are damaged everywhere you look. We had to ask twice to change our mattress because they are detonated. The bedcover was faded with lavender stains. They don't wear mattress protectors. Kitchen utensils, such as a plastic juicer, were missing. The little pot had traces of oil in it. There are no knives that can cut a fruit. There is no coffee machine in the room. The kitchen spigot was broken, it came out with a lot of pressure, you splashed and they opened in the reverse direction. In the bathroom were ants. The toilet has no water pressure and was leaking from the base. I requested breakfast in the reservation suitable for celiac; first day ok, second day "did not get" to which I told them that Frida (provider) is open from 9 to 23 365 days of the year that they have to plan because it was notified 21 days in advance. The next day they solved the issue, but they served me the same pudding for 5 days and I had to ask to be brought something else. I emphasize that the maids always had a good disposition, so did the employees of the reception. I wouldn't come back because as I said, the hotel lacks a lot of maintenance.

Tomamos nota de todos los puntos que menciona —especialmente en lo referente al mantenimiento del equipamiento, la limpieza de utensilios y la atención a los requerimientos especiales del desayuno— para revisarlos con los responsables de cada área y realizar las mejoras necesarias.
Nos alegra saber que el personal de limpieza y recepción le resultó amable y predispuesto, ya que trabajamos para brindar siempre una atención cordial y cercana.

Excellent choice for resting with friends and family, both for adults and children

We were family friends We occupied 3 rooms/apartments, super equipped Excellent attention and friendliness by the staff Warm and friendly atmosphere Clean and well kept beach , with comfortable loungers We only used the indoor pool and spa, because it was cool for the outdoor pool. Beautiful views This very well located It is the fourth time we go with family Ideal for going with children Very quiet I would return and recommend it

We come every year and we will keep coming, in the summer is the most for the boys and parents, in winter they also manage to make the boys happy with the teachers even if it rains!!! The apartments are fine and the best is the direct exit to the beach.
