Very nice cabins!

We loved the place. Excellent cabins and location. They are comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness and maintenance are great. They have individual grills. The umbrella and chair service in divisadero without problems.
The pool is very nice but not air-conditioned. The only downside is that they change the towels every three days and do not give towels for the pool or the beach.

Very good experience

Excellent place to rest and enjoy. Very nice cabins and at an accessible value. A park to enjoy, pool and Jacuzzi. Two blocks from downtown and 4 blocks from the sea. Very good location. Inside the cabin, everything needed for the stay. I recommend it

Beautiful

We had a great time, the location. Unbeatable and very close to everything, very good attention from the girls and also good equipment, the sink and all the new furniture. It is very good that they give you beach service in Divisadero, which is a dream. We will definitely return

Wonderful place

It's a wonderful place. The room was always clean and comfortable. The manager was very kind. The facilities are fantastic. It was a nice place to relax and rest. There is a big garden with pines where you can have breakfast. It's close to Neruda beach. I recommend it.

Terrible owner service

Spent one week in a two bedroon and two bathroom maisonnette flat on the first floor. Very nice patio with a BBQ overlooking the woods and garden. Breakfast brought to the flat every morning on request and all cleaned up when they cleanned the flat. The flat are very clean and well kitted out if you want to cook. Excellent location on the end of the town and only 200M from the beach.
On the drive down from Bs As we were delayed due a terrible storm which turned a normally 4 hour drive into 7 hours. We arrived at 6.30pm and the reception was closed ! The mobile number went straight to voice mail. After 20 minute talking to the local Police and very friendly neighbour about what we could do for the night this women walks out of the back of the reception. My wife runs after her to ask for help, she has to tap on the car window before she drove away. My wife explained situation and that the telephone number did not answer. The women said she had another and would call it to adivise that we were here and without another word drove off ! We later found out that this women was the owner! Over an hour later the receptionist truns up. Not on word of apology or regret and just handed over the key to the flat. During the week we did no get any expliantion or apology from the owner. What terrible service !
The flat is meant for 6 people however the reception only had on key ! As luck would have it we went out for diner and shut the door with the key inside ! This is after 6.00pm so no reception and again the telephone number went staright to voice mail. The very nice neighbours help us find a ladder and we got in by the patio. Neither the receptionist or owner contacted us the next day to see how we got in !!
