My visit to Makarem Al Madina Hotel

The hotel is excellent in every way, and the breakfast restaurant is clean and well-organized. Heba was very nice and friendly and The waitress, Samira, is very quick in fulfilling needs.

Very pleasant experience all round

Alhamdullilah, was a very enjoyable stay. The rooms and facilities were brand new. Also, the service was excellent at the hotel (in particular Muhammad Jaffar). Would stay here again and recommend to anyone travelling to Medina In Sha Allah.

All of the staff were very good and very helpful. The reception staff brilliant. Housekeeping brilliant. Chefs brilliant.
Very nice and spacious room. Very clean and comfortable room.

We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful experience. The hotel smelled amazing — you could even smell it the moment we stepped out of the taxi!
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff genuinely couldn’t do enough to help. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a spacious bathroom and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was fantastic, being extremely close to the Haram. It was only around a 5-minute walk to the women’s entrance, which was especially convenient in the intense July heat.
Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great experience

The staff really take care of you, particularly the duty manager Ali Alruwaili is extremely professional and can handle any queries anyone might have. It’s a great hotel and getting better by the day. I definitely recommend supporting local businesses. Plus it’s classy and very clean and quick walk to the haram.
