Excellent stay! Very friendly and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and overall great service throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The experience was extremely bad. Chef Razan Maher, who was preparing the manakeesh, had a very bad attitude. I asked for the manager, Osama Al-Ahmadi, and his attitude and reaction were very poor. His attitude was awful, reflecting the hotel's overall standard. Then Ferial Al-Shehri came and used vulgar language, saying she couldn't do anything because the HR manager was protecting her.

Nice stay. Would look to stay at other hotels before coming back

Stayed here for 2 nights on business as a Hhonors diamond member. Nice welcome on the check in.
The building itself is pretty old. Though they have renovated some of the rooms. The executive lounge was okay. Lots of space but not much in food/amenities.
Breakfast had a nice spread.
I would look to try other hotels before re-staying here again.

Typical good Hilton

I stayed here as part of a tour group. Excellent hotel, my room was lovely and I had a balcony overlooking the Red Sea. The location was good, right on the Corniche but it was far too hot to go walking. Excellent buffet breakfast and also the nightly buffet was excellent too.

Old Hotel

Old and overrated hotel. It gives you the feel of the year 2004 at best. The renovated rooms are disappointing.
