One night stop on a summer road trip with our teenagers. Adjoining rooms were very good value. This hotel is old fashioned but clean, had everything we needed including breakfast. Nearby car parks were very cheap. Not a lot in the local town but 10 minutes drive from Naturland or Andorra la Vella which was great. No AC but massive fans and doors to balconies kept it cool. We reccomend this for a pit stop if youre passing through.

Suffocating in the middle of a heat wave

We arrived late at night
And we discovered that it doesn't have air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave.
We asked the next day and they consider air conditioning to be an extra charge.
We had to pay €160 to have them move us to a room with air conditioning.
Important note on this .....
Everything else was very normal.
The reception staff were very friendly.
You also have to pay a tax to be in Andorra.

Gracias por compartir su experiencia y por haber elegido nuestro hotel durante su estancia de una semana en Andorra.
Lamentamos que la habitación inicialmente asignada no cumpliera con sus expectativas en cuanto al aire acondicionado. Tal y como se indica en la descripción de nuestras habitaciones y en las condiciones de la reserva, por ser un hotel de montaña, no disponemos sistemáticamente de aire acondicionado. Sin embargo, reciente hemos acondicionado algunas con el fin de dar un mejor servicio, pero también se refleja en el precio. Cuando hay disponibilidad, ofrecemos la posibilidad de cambiar de categoría abonando la diferencia correspondiente, como ocurrió en su caso.
Nos alegra saber que destacó la amabilidad de nuestro equipo de recepción, ya que trabajamos para ofrecer la mejor atención posible a todos nuestros huéspedes.
En cuanto a la tasa turística, se trata de un impuesto oficial establecido por el Gobierno de Andorra que deben abonar todos los visitantes alojados en establecimientos turísticos, por lo que no depende del hotel.
Agradecemos sus comentarios y esperamos tener la oportunidad de recibirla de nuevo en una futura ocasión.

Excellent service, very clean rooms, and friendly staff; the hotel atmosphere is very welcoming, I recommend it 100%.

El Folch is a charming mountain hotel in Sant Julià de Lòria: a quiet and family-friendly retreat where warmth of service meets modern comfort. Its location is unbeatable, urban, just a step away from shops and activities for all ages; its restaurant offers tasty options that complete a relaxing stay. Excellent value for money, ideal for disconnecting with family; we enjoyed the mountains without giving up the proximity to services and leisure. Highly recommended now in summer.

No WiFi and no parking! I want to switch rooms for better WiFi, but the staff says the hotel is full, even though I can see rooms available online.

They charged 10Euro per person for breakfast each day which essentially consisted of cold cuts, toast, yoghurt, cereal, and bad coffee. good location but not quite with the cost. Maybe it was just the season we were there
