Everything was perfect. The staff were really helpful, giving us tips on places to go. Iasmim and Mauro were great, also the Portuguese lady that I can’t recall her name. The hotel was clean and quiet, a good location if you have a car.

Looks good but has some issues.

It has things that are good, like the location, which is in a very quiet area. Buses at the door to Andorra la Vella or the bus to the Ordino mountain.
Lunch is fine with some pros, like the juices being a bit limited since they are from a machine. I miss a good orange juice.
The room is fine when you enter, but we have to explain that the room is dirty. The bathroom had walls that clearly were not clean. Very uncomfortable bed.

a little disappointing stay

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days.
Disappointment with the 4 stars advertised!
In the room, not a seat, I went to get a chair at the bar!...
One day, no cleaning done!
Half board worthy of a self-catering summer camp!
The very, very positive point of this stay: kindness, considerateness, availability of staff+++If we gave them the means, it would be top

People working there were amazing but we went to the SPA and it was all cold, no ice in the machine, jaccuzzi was cold and not working, sauna and hammam had not been on long enought to even start being warm enough.

Bad.

Worst hotel I've ever been in my life.Poor staff (minus some), bad WiFi, disgusting breakfast, dirty rooms, sometimes they don't make your bed or clean the bathroom.We were at the end of the year and there was no children's menu for us but for the next table yes.The staff insulted us behind our backs and the catering at the end of the year painful.
