Wonderful.
We spent 2 magnificent days at the AZ Montana Hotel. The welcome was warm, the staff very professional and always available. The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. We also appreciated the calm, the quality of service, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for this beautiful stay; we will return with pleasure!

Very poor reception from the lady who is disrespectful.
I want to report the behavior of the lady at the reception with the blue scarf, which is not worthy of this hotel; she is neither professional nor respectful towards people. I do not understand her jealousy towards French people. She should cease her activities very quickly in order not to harm the reputation of this hotel. It's a shame; she completely distorted my feelings, and that is very serious. Excellent day.

This hotel was perfect. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Property is well maintained and clean. I have stayed at other AZ hotel locations but this is the best one by far! The only bad thing is making an appointment for spa services. Only one person handles that and is not there all day. But the spa services were top notch!

The stay of horror.
It is official this hotel has lost all its credentials. Yet I had retained a shred of hope after my remarks last year, thinking that a burst of pride would save the reputation of the house. Unfortunately, not only did they hit rock bottom... but they also pulled out the shovels to keep digging.
I’ll start with the aquapark, the only real reason we still frequent this hotel. At the finish, a grotesque quid pro quo the young lady at the Welcoming, obviously champion in Olympic antipathy, announces without blinking that we are not on the list and that we therefore do not have access. I explain, I insist, I specify that it is paid. She doesn't flinch. Determined to keep calm, I run myself to the Main Welcoming: Surprise, yes it is well paid. So I go back to Miss Smile-non-existent, who, without even checking, finally grants us the right to enter. A free tip change her position, or put her savage mood on the entertainment program.
Inside, we settle down, convinced that the day can finally begin. Illusion. We are intimately hugging to “make room”. What's wrong? Because a children’s bus arrives. Actually, no, whole buses. We move the belongings of the absent customers (who bathe, but insignificant detail visibly) and install additional deckchairs on the chain, like canned sardines. I have nothing against children, but turning a fee-paying space into an improvised colony is something else.
Tired, we migrate to the main pool of the hotel. Mood is calmer... until the lifeguard decides to organize a diving contest with his friends. The same lifeguard who, an hour earlier, had been lecturing children because "loons are forbidden." Result: remarks from residents, small skirmishes... a great moment of professionalism.
End of day back in the room. No towels. No sheets. It’s okay, I call the Service... well, I try. The phone's not working. I'm going down to the front desk to report the problem. I'll be back for dinner. Still nothing. I'm coming down. Finally, 30 minutes later, the sheets appear. As for the towels? They must still be on a tour package.
The next day, rebel: the aquapark supposed to open at 10am. At 10:20, always doors closed. Lifeguards? Missing persons. You end up opening under pressure from customers. Lifeguards arrive... at 11:00. Quiet.
I pass on the tired room, the worn bedding and the small details that finish to tarnish the picture. Supposed to be a 5-star hotel, it lost at least 4 en route. At this point, we’re grazing the improved motel more than anything else.
Anyway, this is my last time here. I prefer to cross the Mediterranean and enjoy Tunisia, where hotels still know what “Service” means. Here, we pay a high price for poorly packaged low-cost.
