Hôtel Golden

Great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The food was simply excellent, with a wide choice and tasty dishes. A big thank you to Nacer who was very caring throughout the stay, always attentive and smiling. All the staff is also very welcoming, professional and available. A beautiful address that I highly recommend!

A practical but noisy night

For one night, the reception was quick and efficient.
Our room was on the 2nd floor. Despite the double glazing, we were disturbed by the noise coming from the road.
The good thing is the airport shuttle: it picked us up on arrival and drove us back to the airport the next day, which was very appreciative

Avoid, especially with family!

Stay away, especially if you are traveling with family! This hotel absolutely does not deserve its 4 stars. Dilapidated family suite, uncomfortable bed, old TV, poorly maintained bathroom, and low-end PVC flooring. Balcony without any privacy, open to the outside, where passersby can see directly into the room and throw their cigarette butts. Dirty hallways, stained carpet, and a strong smell of cigarettes. Towels are only replaced after several complaints, sometimes with up to a 3-hour wait. Very poor breakfast, unworthy of a 4-star hotel; from the second day on, we preferred to have our breakfast outside. The music-filled evenings go on until 2 a.m., in an atmosphere that is not suitable for families, not to mention the frequent passing of airplanes that make resting difficult. Finally, the pool highlighted in the photos costs extra, even for hotel guests: 6,000 DA per person, including for children over 2 years old. Aside from the proximity to the airport, I find no positive points. I strongly advise families with children against this hotel.

Bad experience in golden tulip

The hotel isn’t suitable for families, rooms small and can’t accommodate big families, there isn’t connecting rooms, less cleaning and old furniture.
The water contained big amounts of chlorine and my family got sick.
The booking system outdated and can’t be trusted, we booked through their system and we got cancelled after we arrived late.
