Very bad experience - don't go there

Deas - the host of villa Keli - is the most dishonest person we have ever met (I put 1 star because it is not possible to put zero). We were 4 families with children and had booked 4 flats 3 months in advance. Even though we communicated several times with Deas before arrival, none of the 4 flats was available when we arrived on the agreed date. Deas sent us to the home of a lady for one night. The house was in terrible conditions, very hot without air conditioning and it had only 8 beds even though we were 16 people. On the second day we could enter the flats (much smaller than what we agreed). Suddenly Deas asked us to pay 100 euro for the terrible house he put us in for the first night. Deas also tried to change the prices of the flat we entered the second night several times. We experienced Deas as a person without any values of honesty. He is someone whose only objective is to make as much money as possible, treating his guests without any respect at all. This is the first time i write a negative opinion about a host, but I really do not recommend anyone in the world to stay in Vila Keli and to meet Deas.

terrible experience

Deas also tried to change the prices of the flat we entered the second night several times. In the end he obliged us to pay even more blocking our car so we could not get away. We experienced Deas as a person without any values of honesty. he is someone whose only objective is to make as much money as possible, treating his guests without any respect at all and even menacing them. This is the first time I write a negative opinion about a host, but I really do not recommend anyone in the world to stay in Vila Kell and to meet Deas.

Афер.

Афер.
Он на букинг выкладывает заниженные цены, а потом когда приежает турист к нему домой то тогда он говорит что вила полностю занята. Но я вам вот нашел другую вилу но она чуть дороже. Туристам некуда деватся и переплачивают за то чтобы не спать на улице в незнакомом городе. Мало этого он указывает что ты не спал в его виле то есть не приехали. Делая отмену он не платит процент букингу и раз ты там не спал то не можешь оставить и плохой отзыв за неудобства и обман. В его виле мы не спали спали в виле через дорогу условия нормальные но вечером нет теплой воды теплый душ тогда когда светит солнце. Вайфай ужасный родственикам невозможно даже перезвонить. Только переписка.
Рядом вила называется "vila klajdi".
Первый день мы заказали на 2 дня он нам сказал что мест нет потому что маленький ребенок сильно ожогся на солнце а родители его попросили остатся на 1 день. И он нас поселил у вилу навпротив дороже на 6 евро.(нам стало жалко ребенка и мы согласились). Через 2 дня мы поехали в Грецию туда и обратно потом решили опять заказать у него надеясь что тепер он поселит нас нормально но не тут то было... Он снова нам спел старую песню в меня снова все занято, нашол другую вам вилу но один нюанс дороже на 12 евро.
И вот тогда мы поняли что он афер. Развернулись и ушли.
P.s. это было все ночью где то в часов 21:00-22:00 если бы мы не были со своим авто то мы бы остались на улице. А так мы сели и уехали в другой город и там поселились без проблем.

Esperienza pessima, siamo rimasti senza alloggio

La sera prima di partire decidiamo di chiamare l'host perchè ci confermasse l'indirizzo esatto della casa. Abbiamo però una brutta sorpresa: ci dice che la casa, nonostante l'avessimo prenotata con Booking, non era più disponibile perchè la famiglia che vi alloggiava aveva deciso di prolungare il soggiorno. Ci propone un'altra stanza (bruttina) e molto lontanissima dal centro dove invece c'era la prima.
Non oso immaginare cosa sarebbe successo se non avessimo chiamato.
Morale della favola ci siamo dovuti cercare un'altro alloggio.
