Nice family hotel.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially want to highlight the friendly and warm staff, who made our stay even more pleasant.
A real highlight was the traditional breakfast with fresh regional specialties. The selection was abundant, authentic, and very delicious – a perfect start to the day.
We were also impressed by the location and atmosphere of the hotel. We felt completely at ease and would come back anytime.

Very very recommended

I must say that we had a very good time, we spent in the hotel seadel 7 nights and 8 days, abundant breakfast with variety in the days and very good all fresh day by day the rooms very clean and in the reception c and always someone 24 hours and meets the requests even at night I requested to heat the milk for my son and were available then another thing that I liked so much and the pool with the perfect temperature more or less 5 minutes walk from the very beautiful beaches of course ah if you can contact the hotel directly I think it is convenient the hotel owner Mr. Alex and very helpful

Great hotel for your holiday in Ksamil

Great nice hotel just outside the center of Ksamil. We were there in May 2025, or pre-season and that is our advice: come in pre-season! It is not crowded in Ksamil, not in the hotel, not in the center and not on the beaches. Reception was very friendly, our car we could park in the driveway of the hotel. The hotel is very nice, modern and clean. Room with balcony was fine, breakfast sufficiently extensive with sometimes a raki there. Pool is clean.
On foot you are in the center of Ksamil after 10 minutes of walking, there is only a steep slope to take. Because the hotel is located just outside the city centre, there is no noise pollution from the city centre itself. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the hotel so you have to carry your bags. We'll be back!

Family atmosphere

Small family run hotel, very clean and well maintained complex. The Owners are very nice. Were greeted with homemade raki. Albanian breakfast with changing homemade delicacies. 500m to Ksamil center and beach.

Quiet nice place in Ksamil

Nice new small scale family ran hotel, clean room, good WiFi and tasty breakfast. Located a few hundred meteres away from madhouse Ksamil beach so a nice and quiet location. Small swimmingpool but also very clean. A few minutes walking away is Sheqer lake park with a large private pool and good restaurant, also a lot more relaxed than Ksamil beach.
