Great stay

Amazing hotel, great hotel service. For any questions I always went to the reception— the girls were incredibly helpful there and always ready to answer anything. Restaurant staff was also very good. They were very friendly! Food was nice — a variety of it every day and everyone had something to choose from. Beach was beautiful. View was amazing. I recommend this hotel.

Mixed feelings

Top-notch staff, impeccable Lookea club entertainment, especially Cessé and Lulu.
Marie and Ermal, our guide, were also top-notch. Pool closes at 6:00 PM. Very difficult to get a lounge chair

Very disappointed

Very disappointed with my vacation.
The positive point: the rooms are beautiful and spacious.
The rest is disappointment after disappointment.
Repetitive catering, not much discovery, chaotic organization, cocktails that aren't really cocktails, lack of space.
Dirty beach filled with seaweed, and the little that is cleaned, they just push all the seaweed into a pile on the side; the fabric lounge chairs are stained.
Leisure activities with a pool that is just okay; don't expect a lounge chair unless you get up at 7 a.m. and put your towels down immediately before going to eat.
A volleyball court, a mini soccer field, and a pétanque court, otherwise nothing else.
The entertainment is unappealing (gym tonic to Aznavour, we've known more upbeat), and the "shows" need to be reviewed.
The rooftop has a nice view but with paid cocktails.
Overall, really disappointed to have spent a year's savings on this.

Bad experience

I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get a good night’s sleep. Every evening, the hotel hosts a techno party on the rooftop with extremely loud music. The picture frames in the room literally shake, and even around midnight the staff refuse to turn the music down, despite the fact that there are only a handful of people at the rooftop bar. To make matters worse, the rooftop party is combined with another loud event taking place downstairs as part of the hotel’s entertainment program.
Another major disappointment was the communication with the Čedok tour representative, Tomáš Andrejčák. During the welcome meeting, he seemed interested only in selling optional excursions and showed no concern for guests’ complaints. When we tried to discuss the issues we were experiencing, his response was, “I don’t have time for this, I have another meeting,” and he simply walked away.
The food was decent overall, although there was no allergen information provided. The hotel itself was clean, and I have no complaints about the housekeeping. Unfortunately, these positives were outweighed by the overall experience, which was very disappointing. I would not choose this hotel again.

Beautiful structure, but the arrogance of the staff at the sunbeds is unacceptable

We just returned from a stay at this hotel; overall, the experience was very positive. The structure is well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the quality of the food at the restaurant is truly remarkable. However, there is an unpleasant aspect that prevents us from giving the highest score, which is related to the management of the beach. The gentleman in charge of arranging and cleaning the sunbeds has proven to be extremely arrogant and unprofessional on several occasions. As if that weren't enough, his unpleasant attitude justified his superb manners by stating that his son-in-law is the hotel manager. Such behavior risks ruining the excellent work done by everyone else.
