Beautiful stay

We stayed here for two nights with our 3-month-old daughter. We had a great time; the room was modern and very spacious. The breakfast featured both local and European foods, all homemade by the owner. And above all, the owners were very kind and helpful; they gave us great recommendations for both beaches and restaurants.

Super highly recommended

I stayed for 11 nights in this wonderful family-run hotel, clean, large, well-kept and above all modern rooms, breakfast with all fresh products prepared by them, strategic location not in the chaos of the center but still very close to the center Lumi, his wife, Lucy and Seljona are all fantastic people, they make you feel at home, they are immediately available for anything, they are very welcoming and special people, when we left we shed tears at how pampered we felt ,Lucy who also prepared their typical Albanian dessert for us twice (the trilece) and it was super delicious,Seljona who made me fall in love with her savory cakeSuper highly recommendedPs: we will definitely see each other again ❤️

Booking cancelled 5 days before checking

This place cancelled my booking from booking.com 5 days before the day of check-in. We had booked 5 rooms and had flights and everything ready to go, until they decided to cancel our rooms because quote “some Moldovan families wanted to extend their stay”. That’s absolutely shocking and unacceptable!

This is absolutely false information that i can not tolerate because you trying to ruin my hotel's reputation. Your booking was cancelled since the day that you made the reservation which was two months before your check-in date, for this we have proof.Im sorry that you didn't have the chance to experience the stay at our AMAZING HOTEL.All our customers have been satisfied and pleased with our service and our facilities here. Also with your comment you are being racist and we don't tolerate racism in our hotel. We aim at making our guests happy and have an unforgettable experience.

Perfetto

Hello Sabato! Before we thank you about your review we would like to point out some details that give false information about us.First of all before you book you can see that we are not a restaurant therefore you can’t expect to give orders and be served. Also everything at us is freshly prepared and served warm. Also as we told you before we take into consideration what kind of food our guests like or if there is any kind of that they don’t eat or if they are allergic too.Everything at us is fresh and controlled and the biscuits that you may have tasted were the soft ones because we have different kind as there arr guests who like to chew soft things.Maybe you wanted freshly baked cookies but we are not a bakery.Another fact we want to add is that breakfast for you was free and not included in the price that was also an offer made for you. What is more Mr Lumi is the owner of the whole building including the hotel too that in order to respect you tried to serve you in the best way possible. But you take generosity and kindness for weakness and want to take advantage of everything.
