Very Poor Customer Service
The pool was closed to hotel guests due to a wedding taking place and we were given no prior notice of the closure. We were informed at the point of check-in. This was extremely disappointing, particularly as the selling point of this hotel is the pool.
Extremely poor and very slow customer service, there was no compensation offered for the inconvenience caused. Guests should be informed in advance of any significant restrictions to the hotel’s facilities.

Beautiful location, disappointing hotel experience.
Zoe Hora has an exceptional setting and stunning views, but the service and comfort do not match the prices. Our room had several ceiling leaks, the shower flooded the bathroom, and constant noise made it difficult to rest.
The small pool has too few loungers, which are partly removed from around 5pm to make space for restaurant tables — making the property feel more like an Instagram restaurant with rooms than a true hotel.
Despite asking three times to speak with a manager about these issues, nobody came during our 48-hour stay.
Amazing views, but unfortunately a 2-star experience at premium prices.

Beware! Avoid this hotel!
The hotel was lovely and the views stunning. I had specifically chose this a bit more costly hotel to celebrate the confirmation of my youngest daughter. We booked a junior suite with a jacuzzi to treat ourselves.
But there were so many issues and negatives so I would not recommend anyone to stay here:
- the floor of the room was building, it felt like I was walking on a balloon
- the shower came out of the socket when we turned it on
- the jacuzzi was dirty upon arrival and not functioning, they tried to solve it and chose to do that at 8pm when we wanted to hang out in our room and watch a movie, they never got it to work
- the third bed of the room was so poor quality that my daughter had to sleep on the couch, eventually we made them bring a better bed
- only one door (of three) to the balcony worked
- the breakfast was poor, the bread dry, the meat and cheese were not kept cool and there were wasps and flies in abundance, really disgusting
- the food in the restaurant tasted bad and was horribly overpriced, about 30-40 EUR for a dish and the portions super small
- the service in the restaurant was lame and unattentive, my daughter dropped a glass which broke and although I told the staff about it they did not clear it and my other daughter stepped on a piece of glass several hours later and cut herself
- the parkinglot was a joke, a dusty part in a hill where it was kaos every evening
- the gym that is advertised on the website (which was one of my main reasons for choosing the hotel) does not exist
Might have been more things that I don’t remember now… When I complained they promised me a 10% discount and it has taken me two months, where I have messaged them and they have responded sporadically, to get a little bit of the promised refund. Although not the 10% promised and now they have stopped responding all in all.
Do not book this hotel! Beware!

Overpriced
Beautiful place and the staff were very friendly and helpful but for my personal experience it was one of the most overpriced restaurants I’ve been to.

TRAVELERS BEWARE!
We had an unfortunate circumstance that prevented us from traveling to our destination in Albania. Every other hotel we booked in Albania was very understanding and cancelled the reservations and refunded our money. Zoe Hora was not willing to offer the same leniency. I understand many of the negative comments now and will refrain from booking with them when we reschedule our trip for next year. They are not in the industry of hospitality, and I am very disappointed in the outcome of my conversation with them. If they were more flexible with us, we would have been happy to rebook with them, but I will be seeking other alternatives for our trip next year.
