Over priced
Spa is not included in the price, they charge extra for it. That was the biggest disappointment, we assumed because the price to stay was so high because of the spa... We were wrong.
There was nothing in the room. Nothing to drink, no coffee, or tea.. There was an empty fridge, not even a bottle of water.
We were the only guest in the hotel, yet we weren't really welcomed. More like inconvenience.
This hotel is very very remote, which we wanted, but we also wanted good service and value for money.
We walked a little down the hill, found a little bar where we received the welcome we expected, amazing hospitality and reasonable prices.
We didn't receive any of that at this hotel.
Only positive is the breakfast is nice. Typical Albanian breakfast, and very tasty.
I'd go back to the area but stay somewhere else. We paid €100 over what its worth.
