Beautiful ocean view
Perfect hotel for a relaxing vacation. We had an amazing ocean-front room on the 8th floor with a king size bed, sleeper sofa, refrigerator, microwave, etc. The private balcony was large with 2 rocking chairs, a lounge chair and a small end table. The surf was a bit rough so I didn’t go in the ocean, which was fine with me as I am not a beach person and am perfectly happy being on the balcony or down on the beach enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. They have a breakfast cafe that serves delicious breakfasts and a poolside tiki bar where you can enjoy lunch, happy hour, and an early dinner. Directly across the street from the hotel is the Magic Oyster Bar where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. In the mood for some ice cream, head over to Strawberry’s Deli and Ice Cream at the same strip shopping center where the Magic Oyster is. They have a good selection of different ice cream flavors. All of the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Steve and Stephanie, the front desk managers are amazing, as well as Debbie at the tiki bar. Also, shout-out to Aleks from housekeeping, who always accommodated our requests with a smile on his face.

Not too impressed.
Decent place. Not fantastic. Had issues with smokers on the balcony next room over as the smoke was drifting on to our balcony. Room was ok. Bathroom was way too small, with no real place to put your stuff. Quite awkward. The ceiling fan was covered in dust, just nasty. Convenient location. The small cafe downstairs was pretty good.

Good location but consider bringing earplugs
The good: right on the beach, recently (Sept 23) redone interior rooms and spaces are well done, clean, with plenty of electrical outlets. Housekeeping was outstanding. The so-so: small bathrooms with little shelf space. Toiletries were provided in a miserly fashion. Soundproofing could use improvement. Everyone talking as they passed your door was easily heard as well as sounds from adjoining rooms. Daytime front desk staff warm and hospitable, evening and night staff not so much as the request to pay for candy bars with cash was met with groans, sighs, a put upon attitude.
